Genius Foods
Extensive range of breads and bakery products,  founded in 2009 by Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne with the launch of Genius White and Brown 400g loaves in UK supermarkets. Doves Flours 
The best range of White, Brown, Bread, Self Raising Flours and Zanthan Gum

This is an award wining brand of gluten free breads and bakery products and has grown quickly in the US to become the number 1 gluten free brand. Recently launched in the UK and stocked in most Tesco’s.  UDI’s have agreed to a supporter of my blog and throughout 2014 we will be reviewing there products.

Bakers Toolkit
Launched in 2013 by founder Luisa Zissman following her reach the final in the BBC show The Apprentice where she cam second. Bakers Toolkit offers a range of professional cake decorating and baking products and all gluten free. Click here to read the review

Newburn Bakehouse
Part of the Warburton bakery group Newburn launched its range of gluten free breads at the beginning of 2013 and already has an made a big move onto the gluten free market in the UK. With an excellent range of breads, muffins, wraps and sandwich thins they have a great distribution network using the Warburtons distribution so we should be seeing lots of there products on the shelves.
